At LAMY’s headquarter in Heidelberg, we were given a tour of the factory, which gave us a first impression of how iconic products such as the Lamy 2000 product family are developed. Several keynote speeches and workshops later, we had worked out the main focus areas of our community project together.
The participants were enthusiastic about
💡 the openness and respectful interaction with each other,
💡 the technical focus of the presented content,
💡 the well-founded ideas and guidance through the content, and
💡 the valuable exchange among all participants.
So we left with the “confidence that, as a group, we can approach the topic of circular product design in a way that we could never have done alone.”
In a next step, we will work with our consortium partners to explore the key topics in greater depth and develop initial business ideas for the circular economy.
